SeaLink operate two large, luxurious vehicle and passenger ferries between Cape Jervis on the South Australian mainland and Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. Ferry services operate regularly throughout the day with up to 12 services each way during peak periods. Bookings are essential.
Each ferry offers indoor and outdoor seating with a licensed café serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, delicious snacks, bakery items and barista made coffee. Luxury ferry terminals are also located at Cape Jervis and Penneshaw with indoor waiting lounges, cafes and restrooms.
Free Wi-Fi is available on board SeaLink ferries and at both ferry terminals.
Connecting coach services also operate twice each day from Adelaide and five days a week from Victor Harbor for those not taking their own car.
SeaLink also offer a great range of self-drive holiday packages including ferry and accommodation when taking a car. Hire cars can be arranged to be picked up in Adelaide or on arrival in Penneshaw.

One day and two-day coach tours are also popular for those not taking their own car and take in all the major highlights of Kangaroo Island. Courtesy hotel pickups are also offered from Adelaide with tour bookings.
